underwhelming stay, some issues
luxurious designmoody staffpoor communication
the hotel design was quite nice, very luxurious.
The breakfast staff seemed moody. They were not very friendly. the communication between staff was poor (or so it seemed), as there were long delays between sitting down and ordering drinks. i also found the resort to be less than transparent regarding additional costs, such as the saturday brunch that costs extra, even if on half board (seriously?).

the beautiful room was spacious. it had beautiful furniture. i also liked that the breakfast was amazing. the tea greeter was friendly and kind.
the beach staff did not look after us very well , and it took some time to get water.

a beautiful hotel with some minor issues

I loved the luxurious decor. every detail seemed carefully chosen, and the hotel was super clean. It felt so grand. the pool was also amazing, so large and clean. i even got free smoothie shots while relaxing poolside. it seemed like a true vacation, we loved the vigilant lifeguards too.
the food at piatti was a letdown. the service felt cold, and the food quality seemed average. i was disappointed with the overall dining experience. i also noticed the staff were constantly watching, this made us feel uncomfortable
